JOHN ROBERT'S PROM PROMISE

- Choosing complimentary haircuts over drinking and driving -

Cleveland, Ohio - May 12, 2008 - Within the next three weeks, John Robert's Spa will be servicing dozens of students from Chagrin Falls and Brush high schools with complimentary haircuts…But not any students; students that have signed the famous John Robert's Spa Prom Promise contract.   

The concept is simple: high school's students who sign the John Robert's Prom Promise contract receive complimentary haircuts and style.  The Prom Promise contract states that they will not use any illegal substances or consume any alcohol and drive on the night of prom, nor participate or be involved with anyone that does.  The contract has to be signed by their principal and one of their parents.  

It is now 13 years that John Robert's Spa provides Prom Promise haircuts for local high schools. John Robert's mission is 'to enhance the quality of lives around us', and it is a major concern to keep teenagers aware of the consequences that may occur on Prom weekend.  According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, on a typical Prom weekend, 48 American teenagers are killed in vehicles, 5,202 are injured, and 40% of the deaths are alcohol-related.
